Description

The Nankang Econex NA-1 tyre stands out thanks to a design focused on efficiency and driving comfort. Its lightweight profile combined with a narrow tread helps to limit rolling resistance, promoting better efficiency.

The optimised geometry of the tread radius, particularly in the central area, helps to reduce contact pressure on the shoulders. The presence of integrated noise-reduction bars in the outer lateral grooves helps to reduce the noise generated while driving, thereby improving acoustic comfort.

The asymmetric tread pattern prioritises a functional distribution of performance. The inner part is designed to enhance water evacuation thanks to a higher void ratio, improving grip on wet surfaces. The specific groove design, with chamfered walls, helps to break the water film and optimises grip on wet roads.

The outer area focuses on handling, with wider shoulder blocks that provide better stability and more precise cornering behaviour.

The presence of integrated noise-reduction bars in the outer lateral grooves helps to limit the noise generated while driving, thereby improving acoustic comfort.
