Description

The Nankang Rollnex NEX-1 profile incorporates layout optimisation technology, allowing the pitch to be adjusted according to the outer diameter. Designed to enhance the overall performance of the tyre, it stands out for its balanced distribution of tread elements.

The optimisation of rib proportions allows for the widening of those located on the shoulder, thus reducing contact pressure and improving wet performance by approximately 3%.
The semi-transverse design of the lateral grooves and the offset of the sipes prevent interactions between patterns, reducing noise generation.
A specific shoulder design, aimed at blocking the effect of air circulation, helps to limit road noise.
The increased drainage space in the grooves offers enhanced safety in wet conditions.
The use of the latest generation Japanese synthetic rubber, characterised by a high molecular weight, improves durability, disperses silica to reduce rolling resistance, and optimises the balance between braking efficiency and fuel economy.
