About the service
Groupe Conseil et Gestion controls personal data processing for Vallprice. We process contact details to answer enquiries (legitimate interest in handling your requests), account data to provide merchant services (contract), billing data to meet legal obligations and technical logs for security (legitimate interest). Comparison requires no account. Optional audience measurement relies on consent.
How it works and measures in place
Recipients are authorised staff and necessary providers: hosting, email, GoCardless for mandates and payments, and Sentry for errors when enabled. Google Analytics loads only after permission. Images hosted by merchants may share your IP address with their hosting provider. Registration forms use server-side protection without reCAPTCHA. Account data follows the contractual relationship; accounting records and disputes follow legal requirements. Exact log and mailbox retention depends on deployed services: contact us for applicable details and safeguards for transfers outside the EEA.
Retention periods and criteria
Account data supports the contractual relationship and applicable evidence requirements. Invoices and accounting records must be kept for ten years from the end of the financial year. Contact requests are used to respond and follow up; retention depends on their subject and necessary follow-up. Local application and registration logs are limited to thirty rotating files, and deprecation logs to three: this does not mean all data is deleted after thirty days. Email and provider retention depend on their actual settings; contact us about a specific request.
